Foresight Tech Solution’s equipment is co-located in one of Australia’s largest datacentre facilities: Equinix. Equinix provides us with complete N+1 redundancy in both, network connectivity and power supply. As well as our own redundant stack of enterprise grade Cisco and Mikrotik switches connected via two independent network links that guarantee network redundancy level and highest possible uptime. On top of this we operate a full border gateway protocol (BGP) view, on all of our connectivity service, which in short allows us to automatically find the shortest return path to your ISP. This ensures a higher grade of voice quality and less chances of packets being lost on their route back to your business network.

We also use fully redundant virtualised cloud infrastructure with fault tolerance and automatic failover, in case of any hardware failures new instances will be automatically deployed in seconds meaning uptime is kept to the highest possible figure. In addition, we operate a full cluster-based network, this allows our senior network operation centre to monitor closely for loads and automatically deploy new nodes to clusters. Effectively this means we do not relay on a single point or hardware or software so we are able to achieve the highest possible service for all customers across our network.

Foresight Tech Solutions uses the Hyperspin platform, this is one of the leading independent network monitoring services with advanced reporting & notification systems. Hyperspin allows monitoring of Foresight Tech Solutions servers from multiple geo independent locations that guarantee zero false alarms. This combined with reliable automatic SMS notification service allows for immediate response to any issues that may arise. On top of this, we have a dedicated network operation centre that are responsible for the monitoring of our network, both on a hardware and software level, to ensure maximum performance is achieved.

Our emergency response team consist of multiple senior network and voice engineers located in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, that can immediately react to any outage from anywhere in the world by utilising our 247 remote hands agreement with Equinix.

Standard Service Level Agreement

• Standard service window of 9:00am to 5:30pm AET (Mon to Fri), an emergency support will be utilised outside of business hours, which will be directly handle by the senior engineering team.

• Guaranteed next day support for faults logged by email before 1pm, business days (Mon to Fri).

• Guaranteed remote/telephone support response time of 4 hours, business days (Mon to Fri).

• Free remote technical advice and assistance.

• Monitoring of system performance.

• Major software application patches / bug fixes applied automatically to the services hosted by ForeSight Tech Solutions.
